Remember that this is a smorgasbord of projects, and no one is saying that you have to taste every dish!  Pick and choose the things that are interesting to you!

Alzheimer Quilt - Challenge for 2011 - Anyone interested can make one or more of the 9" x 11" little "art quilts" needed for the on-line auction to raise funds for Alzheimer research.  For details contact Nancy Leech, or look on-line for project details here.  The quilt guild is taking this on as their 2011 Challenge, and quilts can be brought to monthly meetings or will be collected in September for mailing to the national project.

**  Block of the Month:   New BOM projects will be chaired by Elli Tinko and Diane Longo and will feature Seminole patterns!  Beginning Sept. 2010.

*  Northwest PA Quilt Study Group:
Dolores Joshua, Laurie Wellington and Pauline Fisher have started a new group which meets monthly to study the history and development of quilting.  Members present programs on selected topics of interest relevant to this purpose.  We welcome anyone who is committed to serious pursuit of this topic.  Contact Dolores Joshua at 814-333-2288 or djosh1@zoominternet.net
